Hi All

Just a short note to let you know all is well. Had a good day, good strong winds from the north so we have been making good progress at about 7.5 knots all day. Weather forecast looks good for the rest of our trip with winds increasing slightly but from the north west, which is good for us.

More news tomorrow, Just about to serve dinner.
