Hi Everyone,
Our plan to leave Comino to head for Greece has been a little delayed. The winds increased again and in particular, North East of us where we are heading.
So we have had three nights in Gozo marina and now have a good weather window from tomorrow, 12th May, north westerly wind , moving to westerly, 15 to 20 knots dropping to 10 knots.
This should be good for the 380 nautical mile trip to Zakinthos, we estimate about a two and half to three day trip.
Today we explored the island a little after our previous ferry visit with Mom and Dad. The buses here are as easy as in Malta to get around —– with all buses running in and out of the capital Victoria ( Rabat ) for 47 cents a trip.

Empty vintage bus—FULL bus, can you believe it and no one left on the road side !!

Next blog hopefully from Zakinthos— and Tioram sails into the island where our dream to sail the seas began…………………….
Love to all
